HyperStride
A first-person speed-action game where going fast is the only armor you get.
Wall-run, slide and grapple through short handcrafted levels with a katana and a one-shot hand cannon.
Steam page opens soonStay above 14 m/s and shots glance off. Slow down and one hit ends the run.
Every move feeds the next.
If you miss Titanfall 2's movement, you'll feel at home. Wall-runs and slides build speed, and chaining them is how you go fast.
Wall-run
Hit a wall at speed and keep running. Wall-runs build speed instead of bleeding it.
Slide
Drop into a slide to carry your momentum under gaps and into the next jump.
Grapple
One aimed pull per jump. Touch the ground or a wall and it's yours again.
Double jump
A second jump in the air, refilled the same way as the grapple.
Mantle
Come up just short of a ledge and you pull yourself over without breaking stride.
Katana
Close the distance and cut. Up close, nothing is faster.
Hand cannon
One heavy round, then reload. Make it count.
Short levels. Instant restarts.
Each level is a handcrafted run you can finish in under a minute once you know it, and it restarts the moment you fall. Finishing takes skill. The fast times come from the risky lines.
